Granger Construction renovated and added onto the Ferris State Student Recreation Center in the spring of 1998. This was a 12,000 square foot addition and a 96,000 square foot renovation project. Granger provided their Design-Build services to Ferris State University.

The center included:

  • Multi-use courts for basketball, volleyball and badminton
  • Four-lane elevated walking, jogging and running track
  • Free weight area
  • Fitness center
  • Two aerobic studios
  • 40 foot climbing rock wall
  • Locker rooms
  • Lounge/lobby area
  • Sports/fitness classes
