Granger Construction renovated and added onto the Ferris State Student Recreation Center in the spring of 1998. This was a 12,000 square foot addition and a 96,000 square foot renovation project. Granger provided their Design-Build services to Ferris State University.
The center included:
- Multi-use courts for basketball, volleyball and badminton
- Four-lane elevated walking, jogging and running track
- Free weight area
- Fitness center
- Two aerobic studios
- 40 foot climbing rock wall
- Locker rooms
- Lounge/lobby area
- Sports/fitness classes
