Health Insurance
Granger offers a “traditional” PPO medical plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Dental and Prescription coverages are also available.

Vision Insurance
Granger offers top-notch vision insurance through Vision Service Plan (VSP).

Life Insurance
Term life insurance is provided for eligible employees with coverage amounts equal to one times an employee’s annual salary. The cost of this insurance is paid for by Granger Construction Company.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a counseling and referral service available to help you and your family with personal issues and concerns 24 hours a day, at no cost to you.

401(k) Profit Sharing
Employees can contribute up to 18% of their annual salary, starting upon hire date and attainment of age 21, to a wide selection of investment options covering a variety of risk profiles. The company will then “match” your deferral (100% of your deferral of base salary and incentive up to 7.5% of this compensation) once a year, after the plan year is completed. There are vesting requirements for the company match.

Paid Time Off
Eligible employees receive time off based on their length of employment with the Company.

Paid Holidays
Six paid holidays are provided each year. These include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Granger Construction reserves the right to add additional days based on the calendar each year.

Long-term Disability
Granger offers a plan, which pays 60 percent of eligible earnings to qualified employees who are disabled. Benefits begin on the 91st day of disability. Granger Construction Company pays the entire cost of this benefit.

Flexible Spending Accounts
A Flexible Spending Account enables employees to pay for dependent care expenses and health care expenses - that are not otherwise covered by the Company's health plans - on a pre-tax basis.

Granger Learning Center
Granger Construction Company encourages employees to obtain at least 24 hours of training courses in a variety of areas such as leadership, safety, technology, products and professional development.

Tuition Assistance Program
Under this program, Granger Construction Company will match employees' education tuition to accredited non-profit private or public graduate and undergraduate colleges and universities.
