Continuous Learning

In 2000, the Granger Learning Center was established by Granger Construction to provide quality training for all of its employees. The Purpose of the Granger Learning Center is:  To support Granger Construction’s strategic goal to attract, develop, and retain the best people in the construction industry.

The Granger Learning Center is more than a training program—it is a lifelong learning program.

In 2006 we offered our employees 946 hours of training and 162
separate training events. 70% of our employees took a minimum of
24 hours of training during the year. The average active employee reveived over 40 hours of training.

Granger Construction has been privileged to receive the AGC Cornerstone Award for Training Excellence four out of the past six years.
