A Design-Build project, the Clusters at Burcham Hills is comprised of
38 individually owned condominiums featuring creative floor plans, a
wide-range of options and the opportunity to participate in activities
sponsored by the adjacent Burcham Hills senior living complex. The
Clusters was a major addition to Burcham Hills' "continuum of care"
programs which feature, independent condominium and apartment living,
assisted-living apartments and 24-hour nursing care facilities.
