totaled 272,700 SF of warehouse | distribution space for this major
logistical parts | equipment inventory | staging firm serving General
Motors. Granger self-performed all of the concrete work.
Granger served in a Design-Build capacity on this project which
featured 64 truck bays hosting cross-dock loading and receiving and an
attached 7,500 SF office building
