Over the course of two separate projects totaling just over $12 million, Granger renovated approximately 300,000 SF, including the creation of a 5 th floor Moot Courtroom which enables students to "practice" their future profession in a realistic setting. This project also involved the installation of
state-of-the-art information technology throughout the building to
facilitate on and off-site instruction.

These projects were completed on-time, on-budget, and incident-free, despite the challenges posed by working within a tight, high traffic
(pedestrian and vehicular) site, directly adjacent to an operating
parking structure.
