While serving as the construction management firm, Granger oversaw the construction of Dexter's new 303,000 SF high school. Each classroom on the second
and third floors is carpeted and has wide expanses of windows to
maintain an important connection with the area's pristine setting.
The amphitheater-style gymnasium has seating for 2200. This project included a
25-yard swimming pool and a Performing Arts Center to accommodate 800
patrons. State-of-the-art computer technology in each classroom includes an LCD
projector affording a tie-into a building-wide distribution system and the capacity to integrate with the teacher's computer.
