Granger constructed a 142-bed expansion and renovated existing jail facilities while the jail remained active at all times. The addition included both detention housing and support services. Completely new utility services and mechanical/electrical systems were required as well as a significant sewer relocation. Renovations occurred in the booking, food service, visitation, and main entrance areas.
The jail's security system received a major upgrade and minor additions were made to the car wash, warehouse, inmate bond/bail and property storage.
