Because of Granger's extensive experience with fast-track schedules as
well as phased move-ins, we were able to successfully deliver this
impressive headquarters/campus in only 16 months - start to finish. And,
we earned numerous regional, state and national awards for construction
excellence along the way!
GMSPO's new world headquarters was built on an 82-acre campus and, in
addition to corporate offices, it hosts a full cafeteria with seating
for 300, two three-story atriums, a fitness center, 67 conference rooms
to accommodate 400, satellite connections to support video
teleconferencing, and ample parking for all of GM's employees and
visitors.
