Located on an extremely close site (bordered on two sides by city
streets with an operating parking lot and bank building on the other
two sides) Granger successfully managed the renovation of the existing
30,000 SF facility and constructed an additional 100,000 SF of office
space.
The new addition included below-grade parking and five above-grade stories as well as a new entry lobby, one floor of executive offices, two floors of open office space for bank usage and one floor for tenant leasing. Work also included complete renovation of the bank's first floor main branch office and teller stations.
All of the renovations took place while the bank maintained full
service customer operations - without interruption.
