Lakeview's new high school features flexible learning spaces and pervasive technology. It hosts 54 classrooms and labs, a new 2,000 seat gymnasium, a 300 seat Performing Arts "Black Box" Center, a 12-lane competition swimming pool, a television studio and a spacious library|media center complete with small and large group meeting spaces located in the heart of the building.
The building meets all National Energy Conservation Standards and includes a Community Forum area capable of seating 110 guests while providing state-of-the-art AV and technology communication support systems. Student and staff access to wireless technolgy, internet access and video streaming foster learning engagement and success. This school is capable of serving 1,200 students with the capacity to expand to 1,500.
