Granger served in a construction management capacity for this Lutheran Social Services senior retirement community consisting of 75
independent and 18 assisted living units with common areas consisting
of two dining rooms, a cafe, activity and exercise rooms, a main kitchen, a billiard room, living rooms and a library. This 100,000 SF, $9 million complex, located on 6.5 acres, also features a pond with a gazebo and walking paths beautifully woven into its landscaped grounds.
This two-story framed wood structure hosts three elevators and each
apartment unit has its own kitchen and laundry facilities as well as a
wireless emergency call system.
