Granger provided value engineering ideas which saved the owner of this
out-patient surgery center over $300,000, without compromising the
function or design intent of the 20,000 SF, $3.3 million facility.
This Design-Build project included the construction of operating rooms,
preparatory and recovery areas, a reception room/waiting area, and
administrative/consultation spaces.
