MSU | Parking Ramp #5 Lansing, Michigan This 994-car, 4-level parking structure also serves as a Capital Area Transit Authority (CATA) bus terminal for students, faculty and visitors alike. This $12 million project was completed in 13 months and hosts 321,000 SF of floor space as well as an attached, comfortable, one-story climate-controlled bus terminal with a concrete overhang. Project included in-floor heat for the bus terminal lobby and pick-up areas, (2) elevators, (3) stair towers, an attractive brick and limestone exterior, and an emergency power generating system.
