Surgery/CSS & New Main Entrance
The main elements of this project include an entire new Surgery and CSS Department along with an upgraded main entrance and drop-off area. Six new 600+ SF operating rooms centered around a clean core concept are included along with related prep and recovery bays. Building services and structure are designed to support a future vertical expansion.

3rd and 4th Floor Vertical Addition
This project involved the addition of two new floors over existing buildings and the renovation of the existing medical/surgical patient rooms. The two new floors house 38 new private patient rooms for medical/surgical care as well as special pediatric and joint rehabilitation areas. The existing second floor rooms have been renovated to be 12 private rooms for intensive care (ICU) and 9 private rooms for telemetry use. The rooms were designed to have the feel of staying in a cozy, luxurious hotel while still incorporating all of the most recent technological advances in medicine for each specific unit. The rooms offer many amenities for patients and visitors including internet capabilities, a desktop, wardrobe, make-up area, sofa bed and flat screen television in each patient room. There is a roof patio located at each new floor for patient and visitor use.
