Granger constructed a housing addition to this maximum security prison that consisted of two pod-type housing units. Each wing is a two-story structure.
Granger sectioned off a separate construction area which utilized electronic security and “ razor-ribbon” fencing to keep the area secure. This prevented work crews from using the sally port prison entrance each time they entered and exited the project site.
