Pfizer Chiller Plant Ann Arbor , Michigan
This 24,000 SF, 3-story chiller plant provides the electrical distribution and chilled water systems to Pfizer's new Technical Development Facility. $12.5 million project included (4) 1700 ton electric chillers, (4) 1700 ton cooling towers, 25 pumps, 15kv/3,000amp primary switchgear, (2) substations and (4) motor control centers.
A glass curtainwall provides the enclosure for the north face of the building and the cooling towers are located on the roof, behind screened enclosures.
