River Terrace Christian Church East Lansing, Michigan Granger provided general contracting services that tripled the previous size
of the two-level church by creating new offices, meeting rooms,
kitchen, restrooms, library, an elevator and storage areas as well as a
new main floor, entrance and lobby. This 25,000 SF project included a
new wood-floor gymnasium. In addition, fire protection piping was added
throughout the building to meet current codes and HVAC and new lighting
were installed to enhance overall member / visitor comfort.
