Functions^®, a unique division within Granger Construction, specializes in mechanical, electrical and electronic systems management—concept through commissioning and beyond. Functions^® evolved out of the need for In-House experts with the technical knowledge critical to the overall success of any project including budgeting, life-cycle costing, value engineering, constructibility reviews, commissioning, quality control and CAD support expertise.

This In-House Team is comprised of registered professionals (PEs) all of whom have years of design and construction experience. Functions^® provides up-front analysis, input, and proposed alternatives that often lead to discussion/decision opportunities that might otherwise not occur.

During construction, Functions^® supports our on-site Teams with cost analysis, constructibility reviews and commissioning efforts; ensuring the smooth start-up and on-going operations of all mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
