Due to the merger between Pfizer and Warner-Lambert, there were significant changes made to the design in the middle of our Administrative Service Facility Project. Granger’s project management team quickly adapted to the new design and, with their years of experience, flawlessly completed the changes required. Once the project was complete, Granger accommodated the move-in phase to assure it was a smooth effort. Granger proved to be an excellent member of the owner, architect and contractor team. Their project management leadership and site leadership are key reasons that this project was successful, as were other projects that we teamed with Granger in the past.
