Granger Construction served as the Design-Build partner for the Advanced Medical Business Services Center in East Lansing, Michigan. This 22,000 SF facility houses two separate entities: Lansing Neurosurgical and Ramblewood Radiology.
The Advanced Medical Business Services Center is a split-use facility, offering total accessibility. It features:

- Examination and conference rooms
- Small medical labs
- Testing areas
- Business/Administration suites
The medical center is surrounded by spacious parking areas. It also features a canopied front entrance drop-off area.
