At the start of these projects, Granger's team faced difficulties with site logistics and staging. We were also tasked with completing all renovation work at the courthouse while it remained occupied. Our team needed to be extremely diligent with planning and communicating site logistics, scheduling and safety measures on this project to ensure minimal disruption to staff and administrators.
