In April of 1988, Granger Construction completed work on the new L.V. Eberhard Center on Grand Valley State University's Pew Campus.

Located in the heart of Grand Rapids along the banks of the Grand River, this ten-story facility added to the evolving face of the city skyline.

The L.V. Eberhard Center offers state-of-the-art, upscale event spaces accommodating groups from 5 to 500 guests. The multi-purpose room, auditorium and corporate meeting rooms lend themselves to a wide variety of event functions.
