The expansion project will help meet the demands of the growing membership base and can house 564 emplohyees over the next 10-12 years.

The expansion project will help meet the demands of the growing membership base and can house 564 emplohyees over the next 10-12 years.


The new three-story building is designed to create a positive working environment for employees. It will be built using high-efficiency, environmentally-friendly and locally-sourced products, when possible.

  • Unique “V” tube structures at main and employee entrances
  • State-of-the-art technology throughout
  • Raised floor system provides flexibility as staffing requirements change
  • Extensive use of windows/natural lighting for energy efficiency and to provide views of pond.
