- This three-year campus modernization plan will result in the remodeling of five residence halls to provide enhancements that will help retain and attract students.
- During the summer of 2018, Mitchell and Newberry halls will receive interior improvements, followed by Bruske Hall in summer 2019 and the Nisbet/Brazell and Cary/Bonbright complexes in 2020.
- This project is the largest residence hall improvement effort ever on campus.
Hall renovations include all new infrastructure – plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems – along with upgraded student rooms, private bathrooms, refreshed finishes and additional student lounges and study spaces and improved laundry facilities. - Students will benefit from the enhanced social and educational spaces for living-learning communities, and will greatly appreciate the new modern look and feel.
