Granger constructed a 150 bed expansion and renovated existing jail facilities while the jail remained active at all times. The addition included both detention housing and support services.

Completely new utility services and mechanical/electrical systems were required as well as a significant sewer relocation. Renovations occurred in the booking, food service, visitation and main entrance areas. The jail’s security system received a major upgrade and minor additions were made to the car wash, warehouse, inmate bond/bail and property storage areas.
