This project will consist of increasing overall capacity of a large Data Center, originally constructed in 2008.

• Total UPS system replacement and conversation from Wet Cell Batteries to Lithium-Ion. Total facility capacity is 24 MW across 4 data halls.
• Added new SWING UPS Room to the facility to maintain redundancy during maintenance and upgrade.
• Maintained 2N redundancy during the replacement of 6 existing UPS modules.
  » Added 400kW per UPS Room
  » Each UPS Room went from 5 Modules for a combined total of 3.75 MWs to 4 Modules for a combined total of 4 MWs
• Added 2 new 2 MW Generators to the existing parallel gear line-up A & B for increased capacity.
• Added the following with no downtime in the data halls:
  » 12 Mini Load Centers (MLCs)
  » 24 Automatic Static Transfer Switches (ASTS)
  » 6 Critical Output Distribution gear (COD)
  » 27 Computer Room Air Handling Units (CRAH)
  » 16 Remote Power Panels (RPPs) in White Space

All of this work is being completed in a live environment, while coordinating around
client-required freeze (no-work) periods.
