This building houses the Big Rapids Family Medicine clinic, the first Corewell Health urgent care in the area, outpatient rehabilitation, occupational health and other ancillary services which are currently located in the hospital.
It also features a drive-up service area for things like vaccine injections, swabs, in-vehicle blood draws and sample drop-offs.
The single-story medical building houses a family care clinic with a covered drop-off area, front lobby and registration/waiting area that doubles as a community room along with 18 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms.
The urgent care area features a separate drop-off/vestibule with its own reception/waiting area, 10 exam rooms, 1 procedure room and an ultrasound alcove.
The family medicine and urgent care clinic also offers 4 in-person consult rooms, 4 virtual care rooms and an imaging suite with an X-ray machine and other support spaces.
The occupational health area provides 5 adult speech rooms, 1 occupational therapy room, a pelvic therapy room, 2 pediatric speech therapy rooms, a large open therapy space and 2 consult rooms.
A phlebotomy suite offers 4 blood draw areas along with a lab area with 2 workstations and other specialty spaces.
Additional spaces include 15 shared office spaces, 3 private offices, 2 hoteling/huddle areas, staff lockers/changing area, staff lounge/break room and other staff support spaces.
