Corewell Health relocated the Lakeview Family Medicine practice, outpatient rehabilitation and walk-in clinic from their current locations into one convenient location with additional space for specialty care services.

This single-story medical building houses a primary care clinic with 17 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, two in-person consult rooms and two virtual care rooms.

The outpatient rehabilitation space includes two private therapy rooms, one open therapy room, one speech therapy room and a phlebotomy suite with 2 blood draw stations and a lab.

The lobby/registration/waiting area doubles as a shared public support space/community room.
