Acting as a consultant, Granger provided full-time project management and field supervision for Liquid Web’s $80 million expansion planning and renovation
project. This phased expansion included 25,000 servers, 24 MW of generator back-up power and 108 computer room air conditioners.

A 70,000 SF reinforced concrete tilt wall warehouse was renovated and expanded to accommodate 50,000 SF of data center space segmented into nine pods,
20,000 SF of office space and 20,000 SF of empty shell expansion space.
