Granger constructed a seven-story, 107-foot tall building in downtown East
Lansing to serve as MSUFCU’s newest credit union branch and office building.
The first floor houses the new East Lansing branch, relocated from Grand River
Avenue, along with some lease space. The second floor offers a community
space that can accommodate up to 499 people, available for use by nonprofit
organizations and MSUFCU partners for conferences, training sessions,
financial seminars, group meetings and other MSUFCU-sponsored events.
The remaining floors house MSUFCU’s intern center as well as three floors of
MSUFCU office space and up to two floors of leased office space. The exterior
building features red and gray brick with glazed green brick accents. Granger
also self-performed the concrete, casework and General Trades
