The Trinity Health Livingston Hospital Expansion & Renovation represents a transformational investment in accessible, modern healthcare for a rapidly growing region.

This project delivers a new 170,000 square foot bed tower addition that converted the existing outpatient facility into a full-service hospital, consolidating inpatient,
outpatient, surgical, emergency, and specialty services on a single, integrated campus.

The new addition included 56 inpatient beds, 18 short-stay beds, eight licensed operating rooms, expanded emergency care, advanced imaging, hospital-based
specialty practices, a new cafeteria and shell space for future growth, all built directly adjacent to an active clinical environment with zero disruption to patient care.

The project also involved 35,000SF of interior renovations to the emergency department, lab and phlebotomy areas which included exam rooms, staff spaces, (2)
new level IV trauma rooms, an area of behavioral health compliant exam rooms as well as 3,000SF of emergency department space added through a 1-story addition.

Additionally, updated finishes were provided within the existing lobby to transform it into the main entrance for the entire new hospital.

The new facility also enhanced technology readiness with improved imaging, cardiac CT capabilities, and modern clinical environments designed for efficiency, safety, and patient comfort
