Hiring Approach
Granger typically extends summer internship offers between September and December, with positions listed on our job board. If you meet the requirements, a member of our Human Resources team will contact you to and discuss next steps.
Our interview process includes two rounds: the first focuses on your background, interests, and goals, with behavioral questions to understand your approach to different situations; the second involves speaking with field or department team members to get a deeper understanding of the role’s day-to-day responsibilities. For internships outside the summer period, email your resume and inquiry to Human Resources.
