Kent County Department of Public Works partnered with Granger Construction to build a new, one-story office space and recycling center. The new facility also includes a receiving and processing area and storefront entrance.

• The project required demolition of an existing building to make way for the new building and parking lot.
• The new building consists of a steel framed masonry veneer structure that features a recycling center.
• The recycling center will provide much needed services such as an intake center for household chemicals.
• This building also offers a small retail space for resale of reusable chemicals and liquids such as paint.
