McLaren selected Granger through a negotiated contract to construct this outpatient medical campus near Grand Ledge to increase access to commonly used and in-demand health services while also saving valuable time for residents who may require potentially life-saving care. Granger utilized a design-assist approach to optimize mechanical and electrical packages.

This one-story complex is anchored by a freestanding 17-room 24/7 emergency department totaling 8,500 SF, along with a family medicine office with space for up to five primary care providers.

The campus offers more convenient community access to diagnostic imaging and lab services, family medicine and various specialty services, including space for cardiologists, neurologists and surgical consultants. Imaging modalities included X-ray, ultrasound and CT fixed units are available onsite, with provisions for mobile units.
