LEED

Granger Construction is unique among construction management firms in that we have a robust team of in-house experts with LEED® Accredited Professional (AP), LEED® Accredited Professional Building and Construction (AP BD+C) and LEED® Green Associate (GA) credentials. We have a proven track record of helping clients achieve LEED Gold, LEED Silver and LEED Compliant classifications.

Certification Compliance

We are committed to supporting our customer’s sustainability goals, including certification compliance for programs including those offered by the International Well Building Institute, Living Building Challenge, Green Globes and the U.S. Green Building Council. Granger team members receive ongoing training in sustainable construction practices, enabling them to pursue the best environmental stewardship practices.
