“I found [Granger’s] team members to be knowledgeable about design, expert builders, organized, focused on our operations and, above all, customer oriented. Granger team members were excellent communicators. They made sure that members of our staff were involved in key decisions and kept informed throughout the process. One specific example of value engineering that stands out in my mind is the improvement to our outdoor track and field facilities. Due to Granger’s expertise, we saved over $122,000 on the design which allowed us to nearly double the amount of work planned for our adjacent track and field events venue. Thanks to Granger’s efforts, we delivered bonus scope to DCS students and the Dexter community.”
