Trade & Craft Careers
Quality Work with a Quality Team
Granger is signatory to several union organizations and employs tradespeople to work on a variety of project types. Working in trade and craft positions provides excellent pay and benefits, rewarding work and opportunities for advancement.

Union 401(K) Program
In a first for union-affiliated construction companies in Michigan, Granger Construction has established a 401(k) retirement savings plan for union employees. This benefit plan is a vehicle to assist with long term retirement preparation and coexists with the pension plan currently provided.
“I’m a firm believer that to be effective in this industry you need to know how to build, how buildings go together and how building components go together. The people in the field have the best understanding of how a building is put together, and they are a great resource other team members can learn from. This is not a process you ever complete. Instead, people who do well in their careers are those who continue to ask questions and learn.”
