As a Labor Foreman, Josh Foster has built a reputation as a dependable leader who consistently delivers results on some of Granger’s most challenging concrete and general trades projects. Through nearly 20 years of service, an anniversary he celebrates this August, Josh has earned the respect of coworkers and project teams through his strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and ability to lead by example.
Throughout his career, Josh has contributed to projects across a wide range of markets, including commercial, healthcare, higher education, K-12, industrial, data centers, corrections, and infrastructure. His versatility and adaptability have allowed him to excel in diverse environments while helping project teams maintain productivity and quality standards.
While Josh is known for stepping in wherever needed, his expertise in concrete operations has made him a trusted resource on some of Granger’s most complex projects, which include the Gun Lake Tribe Government Campus, two large data centers for an automotive client, the award-winning Ingham County Justice Center and numerous projects at Michigan State University including the nationally-acclaimed Tom Izzo Football Building and Spartan Stadium South End Zone Addition.
Dependability has become one of Josh’s defining qualities. Whether coordinating daily activities, supporting project teams, or tackling unexpected challenges, he consistently demonstrates the leadership and accountability that set the standard for those around him.
While not a carpenter or a concrete finisher, he often wears many hats as Labor Foreman to fill in where needed, whether that involves building forms or finishing concrete pours. His attention to detail and solutions-focused mindset help keep work moving efficiently and ensure successful project outcomes.

His willingness to invest in others has strengthened teams across the company and contributed to a culture of accountability and pride in craftsmanship.
