Kim Robson’s career at Granger is a strong reflection of the Granger Way, demonstrating initiative, continuous growth, and an unwavering commitment to both team and client success.
Kim joined Granger in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Preconstruction department. From the start, she distinguished herself as a self-starter, quickly taking on additional responsibilities that led to her promotion to Preconstruction Support Specialist. Her drive to expand her impact did not stop there. Kim proactively pursued new opportunities to grow within the organization.
In 2019, Kim transitioned into a Project Engineer role within the Estimating team, where she developed a robust skill set including quantity take-offs, pricing, subcontractor relationship management, and client coordination. Her attention to detail and dedication to delivering value helped her build strong partnerships and contribute meaningfully to project success. In recognition of her continued growth and results, Kim advanced to Project Estimator in 2023.
That same year, Kim once again demonstrated her commitment to professional development by pursuing WELL AP accreditation with the goal of becoming an in-house subject matter expert in health, wellness, and human-centered building design and construction. She immediately applied her knowledge to Granger’s headquarters renovation project which incorporated WELL Building Standard principles, further enhancing the company’s ability to deliver innovative, people-focused spaces.

She doesn’t wait for opportunities, she goes after them, and that’s been clear throughout her journey here. That initiative shows in the value she brings to our team and the results she delivers for our clients.”
Beyond her project work, Kim actively engages in supporting her community, reflecting Granger’s commitment to building stronger communities both on and off the jobsite. Her willingness to give back and contribute her time and talents aligns closely with Granger’s values and behaviors, demonstrating that success extends beyond project delivery to making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
