Granger started and remains a family-owned company, whose employees treat each other and our customers as family. The family approach to conducting business leads to repeat customers and lifelong relationships. We work each day to build an active and engaged workforce and maintain a work hard/play hard company culture. Community involvement is important to us all. Our employees support several charities with commitments of time, resources and financial contributions.
An award-winning and industry-recognized leader in employee learning and development, Granger thrives because we are able to align our company goals with personal ones, whether those be career-oriented or otherwise.
