- This project involves full abatement and renovation of the 34,600 SF Alumni Building, the oldest building on campus built in 1929.
- Scope also calls for abatement and full demolition of the West Building (23,700 SF) along with full site restoration.
- The West Building data center and all staff will be moved into the newly renovated Alumni Building following completion.
- The newly renovated building will house Information Technology Services, University Archives, Advancement and Marketing, Gold Club, Finance, Human Resources, Staff Center for Training and Development, Extended and International Relations and Physical Plant.
