In September of 2001 Granger Construction completed the Genesys Medsports Complex (now Ascension Genesys Health Club) in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

A Design-Build approach to mechanical and electrical work, overseen by Granger’s FUNCTIONS® Division (now the MEP Department), was utilized to help offset a very aggressive design and construct timetable.

A dedicated Team approach delivers this exceptional facility just eight months after beginning structural steel erection.

This complex offers facilities for:

  • Tennis
  • Racquetball
  • Handball
  • Paddle ball
  • Squash
  • Basketball
  • Aquatics
  • Aerobics

It also offers a state-of-the-art golf simulation station, the longest indoor track in the area (as of the time of its completion) and many special services such as massage therapy, a whirlpool spa,
steam rooms, dry saunas and cold plunges.
