In the summer of 2005, Granger Construction began building the new Oak Pointe Church in Novi, Michigan. This church was build on 27 acres, and consisted of to stories with a structural steel and brick exterior.

Significant site work on this project included a new parking lot and ponds.

In addition to the main church, this project includes an activity center and the construction of a large, double gymnasium with a multi-purpose stage. Approximately 1,200 people can be seated at one time within this area.

The center also features a block of classrooms, each of which can hold 20-25 individuals.
