In December of 2016, Granger Construction completed work on the Ann Arbor Wastewater Treatment Plant. Granger provided General Contracting services on this job. This included serving as the concrete contractor for the West Plant Replacement and East Plant Rehabilitation, projects.

Both wastewater treatment plant projects accumulated 25,000 cubic yards of new concrete. They also involved multiple phases across 17 different structures. This scope included:

  • Primary Clarifies
  • Primary Building Aeration Tanks
  • Blower Building
  • Central Electrical Building
  • Ferric Building
  • Secondary Clarifiers
  • Administration Building

During this project, Granger also completed low bid work for Chicago-based Walsh Construction.
